- How much is shipping to the UK?

3.99 for standard delivery, prices are increased international shipping. We also offer free shipping on order over 60£ to the UK ONLY currently.

- How much is shipping to Europe / USA?

due to over seas shipping charges being much higher prices are 9.99 to Europe & 13.99 to the USA. We are working on finding a cheaper solution ASAP!

- How long will my order take to get to me?

most orders usually arrive within 3-4 days of being placed. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any delays due to postage issues. For overseas orders please allow 10/14 days!

- Will I receive a tracking number?

yes if you chose delivery when selecting your shipping options. once your order has been dispatched you will receive an update via email where you will receive your tracking number.

- How can I track my order?

just press the ‘track my order’ tab on the side menu from our homepage. Please allow upto 48 hours after placing your order for shipping details to be updated onto the system.

- Can I exchange / refund it if doesn’t fit or I am unhappy with the product?

yes if you have received an item you may return it and make an exchange or alternatively a refund, for more information please see our returns / refunds policy.
